I really do regret to have promised NM for another series of night shifts. It's killing me! And now i know why she wants me to do night and why she asked me to replaced another staff that supposed to come back! The lack of Onco staff to take over mountain of oncology cases........
At 0045 hrs, i started to feel the periodical contractile pain ], along with nausea and extreme contractile pain radiate from my uterus to the rectum and back to my uterus again! Man. I almost cried in the toilet, went to my locker in search of my "ru yi" oil in vain! Sitting on the toilet bowl arching to and fro, im in great pain. I dunno how to describe this pain! Along came with nausea, and am feeling breathless. Im feeling so terrible, wondering when will it stop! This is the 2nd time in my life im feeling like that during menses!!! WTH is wrong?
Headed back to the ward, popped in 2 tabs panadol, been trying not to count on analgesic! But resort to taking paractamol!! The extreme pain still lingers and it got worse, this time i feel like vomiting. Headed to the toilet and start welching away! 2-3 bouts of projectile movement regurgitate up my esophagus. But nothing came out. Its all my gastric juices and saliva! But miraculously, after all the welching, i felt better, much relief!
Yes, warm compress was with me throughout! It did help a lil!
Im rather pissed with this fatso! Im sorry for being so mean and direct, but i am not the only one complaining!! And throughout the night, when the call bell rings, she dont even bother to look and attend, her butt was glued to the chair for the whole night. We're busy running here and there, and when there's call bell, she dont even help to attend a single one!
Everyone is taking abt her, i am not the only one last night!
Darn, she's too much!
So what she's in charge of medical? Someone of onco trained, dont even offer to help the other team when they are sinking. She's too too too much!
Oh well....... some ppl are just like that.
They dont have the auto gear and forever they will stall their engine when they are up slope!!!
Her working attitude really SUCKS !
Oh ya, she's the only one that go for break, undisturbed in a MO ROOM !
Oh well...
Time to sleep and get ready for my 2nd night.
The vicious cycle continues.... it just go on and on...
