Skyville and Skyterrace @ Dawson where our dream begins....It was a love at first sight for both of us! And it's a matter of 6 years.

I've been researching about this 2 upcoming project these 2 days. I felt so blissed when we are going to submit our application to just try our luck.

Haha.. so so agree with it. It has an overwhelming response after it launches. And we are so gonna be part of it.

Yes, i've been doing my calculations, here and there. It was 30% more expensive than a typical BTO at other location. But come to think of it of the valuation after 6 years, definitely worth the price if we could own it.

Even if it turned out unsuccessful, i wouldn't be in great disappointment, because at least i tried and the next time if we ever participate in the next BTO project, double eligibility we stand. (as mentioned to me by agent gin.)

Agent gin has been so nice to me, providing me all the info and willing to be my guide. So nice to have her as a colleague and a friend! huggs*

I'm so wanna be your neighbour too. Hence let us just keep our fingers crossed.

Can't keep my excitement these 2 days, have been visiting the website and doing lotsa reading up. But i'm not gonna stressed myself too much and backoff because, we are so gonna submit in. haha! Like i say, its the matter of 6 years, there's no urgency, no hurry! =))
