I wanna bake cup cakes! Those with the icing sugar on top.. I like doing all these little stuff despite my hectic working life. hahh..

I'm on 2nd night tonight, pray that it will be a smooth night cus ytd night is nice man! Except for the daily routine IV antibiotics and TPR.. there's practically nothing else to do. I hope it will remain the same for tonight. No admissions that streamed in like water for onco case. It will be a peaceful night.
