Counting down; 3 more days left in ward 75..


Yesterday mylove and I had subway.. nice! Especially the teriyaki chicken with cheese melt.

My sister birthday next monday, hence i have invited my cousins.. Alicia; Annabelle; Royston and her 3 best friends to our house to celebrate her 11th birthday!

Gonna have a party feast, since they are all kids.. i am thinking of ordering pizza and KFC..

Lately been working D , D, E, D non-stop and today is E shift.. so tired.. and i missed my bf's nephew 1 year old celebration.. cus got to work.. roster already out when mylove told me about it.


Have been doing so many practical lately... blood taking.. to practise my cleansing technique.. de-assessing the port-a-cath for my patient... wahh.. felt accomplished after doing, because it has been SO long since i last did all these!!

We've got one patient, he underwent such a drastic change! I felt so sad seeing him like that... He had become all wasted and very fragile looking. His electrolytes indicates that he's very dehydrated.. He's in a very confused state lately.. nobody understands what he is talking.. I feel so much for him.. He alone needs a lot of heavy nursing care!! His septicaemia is still going on.. needed alot of anti-fungal, anti-biotics..

These are all his secondary diagnosis... his main diagnosis is ALL and blast cells 90%.. He have yet to start chemotherapy and he become like that, very susceptible to infection..

Yesterday LP done for him... awaiting for the CSF FEME report and they are going to proceed with MRI Scan!!

Everyday i nurse him with empathy.. he's only in his teenage and he needs to go through so much!!

I feel so much for him...
