She - a Staff Nurse / Registered Nurse

She - has her struggle

She - felt troubled at work lately

She - felt stressed at work

She - is contradicting herself

She - is learning each and everyday

She - finally verbalised her worries to her

Why is it her and not other ppl having the chance to go for it?


She said "i pick ppl not in terms of seniority but in terms of capabilities. "

She - will take this period of time to cope if she really cant, she might want to raise her concerns again


At last, she felt better, this is the sentence, the answer that she has been searching so long for.




Why is it that she is more busier and and stressful when she's a onco junior while others can happily do the routine parameters.

Then she realised.. her job description, which she thought this is what a staff nurse ought to do.

In another dilemma again, she went.......................
