Day passes well.. busy yet contented.

Finally work with mich today, after so long...

she's my junior for the shift.. just felt kinda bad.. didn't help much with the parameters and all.....

Dr WL is the consultant for this month. Today when he stepped in.. got blasted from him for some minute issues that i dont seem to understand why.. Even the simplest thing irritates him..

As he go along for the first patient.. i happily went to follow rounds and he looked at me and said some "incredible english".. Dumbfold.. Didn't want/wish to follow the rounds for the rest of my 12 patients already.. haha..

I am scared!! Haha..


One patient took him 15-20 min to talk from history to current diagnosis/treatment and the prognosis..

And the worse humiliation ever comes from his mouth to the HO (Dr.)

He likes to openly discuss about the treatment and his view of MEDICINE in front of the patient and parents.. why he come to conclude this and how and why things happended and how to treat them.. he will use those bombastic words as thou the parents could understand.. He will directly blast the HO in front of everyone.. and not even letting the MO off either..

No doubt.. i respect him for that.. being so dedicated to PAEDS MEDICAL.. from him.. i indeed learnt alot of medical stuff..

I listened and learned along as he teaches the HO and MO..its indeed useful in the clinical settings.. why patient is on erythromycin and the other is on klacid..

He took about 2 hours to finish the rounds.. and that's like WOW !! -.-

This is what he likes to say:

"Dont let prejudice affect ur clinical judgement"..



Anyway...Didn't pass the report smoothly to the next shift.. because there are tad too many things not done.. and once again.. i bring trouble to the next shift.. so disappointed in myself..

Spent my evening with mich.. eating at KPT.. gossiping abt the staff and laughing over silly issues......


Once in a while, its nice to gossip and share all the things that we encountered!!



Anway just came back from tennis and gym session at bt panjang over at darl's fren ... Jordan's place..

When half the time i was sitting in the court watching them play.. i didn't know how to play la..

LOL..
