Heavy workload!! Ward 75 is like a mad house!! Cases ranging from Neonatal Jaundice to kawasaki to LCH to ITP and even overflow surgical cases like abdominal sepsis.. adolescent problems such as anorexia nervosa... and of course not to forget some medical cases like bronchilitis, pneumonia, asthma, febrile fits and most commonest Gastroenteritis...
I'm glad that these days, when SSN HX is the overall i/c, she put me to i/c of 4 cases too. I remembered the day when i just step to wd75.. after a few days of junior.. ssn hx put me i/c of 4 patients.. i was stunned.. because i thought i ought to know my junior stuff well first.. cus i haven't been doing them for a long time.. =) anyway i go ahead with it.. I know i still made mistakes.. but if i dont, i wont learn from it.
Anyway ytd, so busy.. I'm i/c of one cubicle again... and my staff i/c is very nice.. there are still many things i dunno.. and i'm trying my utmost to do them!! Ytd, i made mistake again, i didn't passed a detailed report over.... but i tell myself... i aint gonna make another 2nd mistake again.. because if this carries on, its a negligence!!! The responsibilities that lie within...
Funny thing is that.. S is my junior for ytd.. i cant stop laughing when i think abt it.. come to think abt it.. how she uses her tone of language to speak to me in the past.. anyway, now i know the way how she work.. and i always tell myself.. i have to competent enough!!! When she scold, i just treat it as she's singing indian song.. i dont even put it to heart now.. =)
ISO audit is coming.. and got to read up abit. Faez sms me in the morning and said that sister wanted us to complete and sign our POCT checklist.. !!! Doom!! Because mine is rather empty.. and she wants it by her table tonight. =(
Ytd, after the ISO talk.. went out with the girls.. just feel so glad to see them.. fion and winny cut their hair.. they look so different. Talked over the dinner... and we've got so much to share.. but time is limited!!! We'll have another chillout session soon okay! =) I urged them to go back because my HP is flat.. =X they've got so much to "suan" me!!!!!!

Busy working day in day out.. and today is friday already.. Its so scary how the time just flies. Having to work straigh 9 days before i am entitled to another off day again.. this cycle keeps repeating!! I'm not burn out YET ! But i know soon it will be.
I'm waiting for saturday to come, so that i can spent time with mylove.. miss him alot...
